Materi Past future tense dan Latihan Soal lengkap

Bentuk waktu ini digunakan untuk menyatakan action/tindakan yang akan dilakukan dalam konteks masa lampau. Tense ini sebetulnya sama dengan Present Future Cuma bedanya terletak pada masa sekarang dan lampau. Kesamaanya, sama-sama akan melakukan aktifitas di masa mendatang.

Untuk membetuk kalimat Simple past future dapat kita gunakan pola umum sebagai berikut:

S + would + V1

S + would not + V1

Would + S + V1?

Kita juga dapat menggunakan pola be going to sebagai berikut:

S + be (was/were) goint to + V1

S + be (was/were) not goint to + V1

Be(was/were) + S +going to + V1?

Ket: Was digunakan untuk subjek: He, She, It sedangkan Were untuk subjek: I, You, They, We.

Belajar Past future

Contoh:

1.	(+) Slamet Bejo would drink ice tea yesterday (-) Slamet Bejo would not drink ice tea yesterday. (?) Would Slamet Bejo drink ice tea yesterday? Yes, he would/No, He would not

	(+) Slamet Bejo was going to drink ice tea yesterday. (-) Slamet Bejo was not going to drink ice tea yesterday? (?) Was Slamet Bejo going to drink ice tea yesterday? Yes, he was/No, he was not.

2.	(+) Two tigers would attack a girl last night. (-)Two tigers would not attack a girl last night. (?) Would two tigers attack a girl last night? Yes, They would/No, they wouldn’t

	(+) Two tigers were going to attack a girl last night. (-) Two tigers were not going to attack a girl last night. (?) Were two tigers going to attack a girl last night? Yes, they are/No, They are not.
